In 2012 a new carved monument was found in the Northern Sector of Nakum broken into many pieces and lying on the ground, partly covered by soil. In 2013 the stela was restored and we were able to document this rare monument which was covered with the representation of two male figures (showing two kings)

Excavations realized inside a temple chamber on top of Pyramid 15 resulted in the discovery of several offerings dated to the Late Classic period (ca. 7th-8th centuries A.D.)
